On the 27th floor, modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely home is close to many of Dubaiâs top attractions!
Designed with an open-floor living and dining area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, microwave among other utilities.
The bedroom comes with a luxurious Queen bed, made with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathrooms have all the amenities youâll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Just few minutes away from Dubai Marina and its crystal clear water beaches, this Property is located at Jumeirah Lake Towers district, which offers all the amenities that residents would require, which is why it is an excellent community for singles, married couples and young families.
It is built around four lakes â one of which was later filled in to create a 55,000sqm grass-lawned park. With its clusters of tall, modern towers, residents and tourists embrace its friendly vibe. From dawn to well after dusk, young families, cyclists, joggers and dog-walkers populate the well-connected circuit of boardwalks and footbridges lining the waterfront, dotted with lakeside cafes, beauty salons and retail haunts.
From restaurants and cafes, to the shops located close-by to the many high-rise residential towers, you can find what you need just a short walk away.
Most people use personal conveyance to move around, while one can also book taxis via the RTA app or use ride-hailing services such as Careem or Uber (as taxis may not be as easily available within the gated community at all times).
Driving to the Dubai International Airport is around 30 minutes and 25 minutes to Burj Khalifa.
It's only 12 minutes far from Dubai Marina and 20 minutes from downtown!
The apt is just 5-10 mins walking towards the metro.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
