Welcome to our home!
Ideally located by the Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah, the flat is in one of the best spots for all travellers and tourists looking to discover this buzzing city!
Situated on the 4th floor, our flat is professionally prepared with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Relax and unwind in the bring and cosy living room, fitted with a sofa, TV and access to private balcony to enjoy that Dubai sun!
The open kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a stove, fridge, oven and microwave. We've also provided you with a toaster and kitchenware.
Have a good nights sleep in the lovely king bedroom, complete with a dresser, cupboard and ensuite bathroom (with a bathtub!). The room is prepared with fresh linen, towels and complimentary toiletries for extra comfort!
Feel free to make use of the washer, ironing facilities and dishwasher in the home as well.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the cityâs dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the swimming pool and gym in the building.
This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.
The home is in a lovely neighbourhood only a 10 minute drive to Palm Jumeirah! The iconic tourist spot is home to Atlantis, Aquaventure Waterpark and some of the best beach restaurants and bars in the city.
Within walking distance of the home, you can find some convenient eateries like Nandos, Starbucks and Burger King.
The Dubai Internet City metro station is only a 4 minute drive from the home and will easily take you around town. There is also a bus stop serving the F35 route, only a 4 minute walk down the street.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
