Enjoy panoramic breathtaking bay views from sunrise to sunset on the two expensive decks of this bay-front townhome that is only an 10-minute (.5 mile) walk to the beach. Our home is tastefully decorated and very clean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere as soon as you walk in. A beautiful main suite with a private balcony overlooking the bay offers a serene retreat. Wake up to waves crashing and seabirds chirping, creating a tranquil coastal ambiance. Relax in the comfortable living room with a fireplace, perfect for beautiful evenings, or enjoy a serene dinner on our deck overlooking the beautiful bay. The bay can easily be accessed for recreational activities such as kayaking.
Close to the beach, local attractions, restaurants, and shops, ensuring plenty of entertainment options. Two reserved parking spaces are included, making it hassle-free to come and go as you please. Experience the ultimate getaway with all the comforts of home at this charming townhome.
Our home has everything you and your family should expect on vacation! Our home also has streaming/smart TV and High-Speed WIFI. For those remote working, we have a portable desk and a charging port for your working needs as well.
Also, please be aware that housekeeping is completed before check-in. No maid services are provided during your stay, and a vacuum cleaner is available for personal use.

1) PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO BOOK IS 25. By confirming your reservation, you verify that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate. Reservations made by anyone under 25 will be canceled and potentally without a refund. Please be aware that providing false information may result in additional fees and, if necessary, legal action.
2) We now privide bed linens (bedsheets and pillowcases).
3) WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you prefer to rent these items instead of bringing them.
4) Owner has health issues; we cannot allow pets of any kind.
5) This is a 2-story townhouse with 1st-floor access.
6) Please take note of our sleeping arrangements: Our accommodation includes one bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, another bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed, and a charming 'bunk' bedroom featuring a twin over full bunk bed. While the bunk bed is primarily designed for children, the full-sized lower bunk can accommodate up to two adults, although it's ideally suited for one adult. This setup provides four beds for up to seven guests. Additionally, we welcome up to a total of 8 occupants, with the option for one individual to sleep on the living room sofa. **If you plan to utilize the top bunk (preferably for a child) during your stay, we highly recommend bringing a sleeping bag as it can be challenging to arrange bedding on the mattress.
7) Please note that we do not provide body soaps and shampoos. However, we do provide starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as hand soap and dishwashing soap and pods for your convenience.
8) Please ensure the thermostat is set to no more than 72 degrees for air conditioning during the Spring/Summer and no more than 68 degrees for heating in the Fall/Winter upon departure. Additionally, kindly refrain from operating the A/C when windows and doors are open. Your cooperation is appreciated.
9) Please do not use the garbage disposal for food waste or trash. Kindly place all food scraps and waste into the trash. Trash is picked up daily so there will be no issues with pile up.
10) Please do not put any tape or any adhesives to the interior and exterior walls of our home.
11) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise Ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors.
