The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living area is spacious with large flat screen tv and dining area.

The home is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The fenced in backyard includes a private pool and green space with room for outdoor games. Pool heating is optional.

Family Tides guests love the location of the home. It is close to several public beach access points, the Village, Demere Park (playground), pickleball courts, the King and Prince resort and some of SSI's best restaurants.
