Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with ocean views and seating for seven guest. The main floor also has a king bedroom with ensuite bath. This level also features a convenient half bathroom off the living room.
The upper level offers an additional sitting room with sliding doors to an upper balcony and a queen size sofa sleeper. Just off the sitting room is the primary bedroom with king size bed and ensuite featuring a soaking tub and shower. The primary also an additional sitting area to relax and enjoy the ocean view. There is an additional king bedroom with an ocean view and ensuite on this level. The fourth bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and is next to the laundry room and the fourth full bathroom.
This property is equipped with an elevator with access from the ground level to the main floor. The ground level offers an outdoor shower, swing, table, and a large gas grill.
The garage has parking spaces for up to 4 vehicles.
