Perfect Vail Vacation

The house was everything that we were looking for. Rooms were well done with plenty of space for our entire group. The host was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Thanks!

Great place

Wonderful location. Managers handled problems promptly and efficiently. The place is well stocked and roomier than it appears on the website. Beds are wonderfully comfortable.

Great family house!

We enjoyed our stay in Eagle Vail. There is a large Walmart nearby and we cooked many of our meals in the home. My kids loved the bunkbeds. My only recommendation would be to have some tupperware in the house to store leftovers.

A winter wonder house

This was our second stay, we love the house. It is so beautifully decorated, it manages to blend space (it’s a very large house), great central spaces and large bedrooms, with intimacy and coziness. The house is wonderfully well equipped and has everything covered. Its location is perfect, a short drive from the slopes of both Beavercreek and Vail with fantastic views down the valley. We really love the house and the location, perfect for families and or friends. Highly recommended

Couldn’t have been better

Without exception, this was the best accommodations we have had over the last 10 years of ski rentals. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed (even the knives were sharp and high quality), the view was spectacular, the house was clean. It was much larger than it looks. In addition to the top notch accomadations, the customer service was above and beyond. There was some confusion about the bunk beds and when I raised the question, iTrip reassembled the bunk beds for us. Extremely impressive. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

View is outstanding. Open floor plan. Awesome management: fan in great room not working but fixed quickly. A bed made into king was taken care of with sheets 1-2 hours after we arrived without prompting. Received timely access instruction. The 2 couches were not found comfortable by at least 4 of the 6 adults in our group. It was an important centerpiece of the great room Replacement recommended.

Family ski- wedding trip

We had 8 adults, from 3 households and the space was perfect! Plenty of privacy but a cozy gathering place in the open kitchen-family room space! The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and the laundry room with an iron was a Godsend. The beds weee very comfortable and all the showers were great. We loved the location, so close to the slopes.

Beautiful and very comfortable house

A beautiful and very comfortable house Very well located in the hills above Eagle Vail golf course, we could get to Beaver Creek in a 10 minute drive and to Lionshead or Vail Village in 20. We specially loved the open layout and high ceilings of the spacious social area that has windows everywhere, letting in lots of natural light with very nice views. This area integrates the kitchen with the dining table and the living room, which has comfortable sofas, a rocking chair, and a very nice fireplace which we used frequently. We spent most of the time in this part of the house as it is cozy and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, spacious and functional so several people can enjoy cooking. This was our favorite place to hang out, listen to nice music and prepare meals, from breakfast in the mornings to steaks and burgers on the outside grill. We found the house clean and well taken care of. It is a very comfortable house and can easily accommodate 8 people. It has two master bedrooms and two additional guest rooms, all very big, with new beds and more than enough storage for all our winter clothes and ski or trekking gear. The bathrooms, 4 in total, are also huge and comfortable. Our two big SUVs fitted comfortably in the garage, with extra space outside for a couple more. We will rent this house again !

Clean, Perfect Location & Had Everything We Needed

The location was perfect for our family skiing at Beaver Creek with just a short drive into Avon. This house had ample space and gave both of our kids their own spaces. Everything was as described and the kitchen had everything we needed in it. The home was very clean inside and out. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear. We appreciated the laundry detergent that was in the laundry room and didn't have to use what we packed. We also appreciated the reusable bags that were provided for us to use at the grocery store.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our time in Eagle / Vail and the condo was perfect. Clean, spacious and lots of natural light. We had 2 families (8 folks total) and the space was perfect. Would highly recommend

Stunning home, great location

The interior of this home is stunning, and it is even more spacious than the pictures. The open layout and soaring ceilings make the main kitchen / living room area an ideal space for cooking, working, and hanging out. The kitchen table is very large and can easily fit 8+. The fireplace is quite large and is a great centerpiece for the living room and the huge windows bring in plenty of natural light during the day. The master bedroom / bathroom is also beautiful and one of the largest bathrooms I’ve seen in a rental property. The location is also ideal for skiing, down the road from Beaver Creek and just minutes from Vail. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

734 Eagle Drive

Overall we were satisfied with the home. It's very spacious with great views and a good location. The check-in process was an issue as we arrived at 4:45 (45 minutes after check-in time) and the cleaning crew had not been there yet. The property manager had notified us that they were running late but the house didn't get cleaned and ready until 6:00. When you've been traveling since 6:00am, that's a little frustrating but the management company did everything in their power to make it right. I agree with previous reviewers who had complaints about the living room couches. They looked like something out of a college frat house. Seems like that would be an easy, inexpensive fix. The kitchen had "most" of what we needed but there was only one decent sized skillet which made it hard to cook breakfast. It might also be nice to add some plastic cups for kiddos to drink out of. The downstairs bunk room and master had been updated and were very nice. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom have not been updated but they were functional. The grill worked well and we used it several times. The driveway is a little narrow and it's hard to get turned around, especially when it's snowy/icy but that wasn't too bad. This is the first time we've rented from a property management company rather than an actual individual on VRBO. The main difference I noticed was that the refrigerator was completely empty. In past rentals, there have been condiments and such left behind. I guess the cleaning staff takes these when they clean. So be prepared to buy all the necessities if you want to cook. (There were some spices) Overall I would recommend the rental and we enjoyed our time there.

Very nice & roomy.

Beautiful family spring break.

Our Colorado home was everything we hoped for! It was close to everything we needed, groceries, ski rentals, restaurants & skiing. The neighborhood was quite & had a walking trail for us to snow shoe. There was plenty of room to enjoy time by the fire playing games & a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked for our family meals. We enjoyed our home away from home for a week!

Great Family Trip

My sister, her fiancé and my parents visited my husband and I (we live in Denver) before New Year’s and we rented this house for a quick, two-night getaway/ski trip. The location was perfect! The views were beautiful! The fireplace kept us cozy and we had a wonderful time. My husband and I are already talking about wanting another trip there with friends in 2019! Thank you!

Breathtaking !!

Amazing overall ! Our home had all necessities to cook away , to be comfortable in our rooms, to make us feel like we never left home, from Netflix to WiFi. And the best of it was the view from each room ! I had no concerns the week that we were there everything was spot on. Super clean, homie place.
