The rental was alright; location was great; parking can be difficult. Elise is a responsive host. My kids and I enjoyed our time in Philly!

A Great Place

This was a perfect spot for our family long weekend in Philadelphia. We came to the city for a ball game and chose the property based on location to the Sports Complex. It was a very quite part of town we had no issues finding the apartment and was easy to navigate to the near by corner stores and spots to eat. The Apartment was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Felt like home while we were there.

A Cozy Place To Come Back To

We had a busy and exciting weekend for my partner's birthday, but knowing we were always going to end up in that lovely apartment was a real comfort, and the place was wonderful to relax in while killing time.

Weekend Trip to Philly

We had a great time during our stay at Elise's apartment in Philadelphia. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions and a variety of dining options. The apartment itself was comfortable and had what we needed. Elise was a great, responsive host.

Adorable house

We loved our stay at this little gem in South Philly. The only drawback was parking. We arrived later in the evening on a Friday and couldn't find a spot anywhere near the house. The host suggested we park in the free lot under a nearby bridge (thanks for the recommendation, Elise!) We had a lot of luggage, so we took an Uber to the house for only $8. We ubered all weekend and that was definitely the best way to get around town We had a wonderful weekend!!!

Anniversary Trip

This property was perfect for us! We were here a few days on our anniversary vacation, exploring the city and catching a ball game! The unit was perfect for what we needed, it’s not glamorous. It’s located in a good spot for restaurants and bars nearby! The stairs aren’t fun… especially to lug luggage up and down, but we survived. Parking isn’t easy, but we lucked out and were able to park right by the unit. The shower is small, if you’re tall, it’s tight… but those are the only things to note! Everything else was great!

Nice place

The location was great for us. The steps are steep and one bedroom feels separate from the rest of the place. The quirks make sense given the age of the building and neighborhood. The place was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. Never had trouble finding street parking. Overall it was a great place for our needs.

Walkable from Lincoln Field

It's a long walk but totally doable. We Uber'ed to and walked back from a concert at Lincoln Field. Parking on the street took a little work but not as much as I expected. We happened to be there over the street sweeping day, so that made it a little harder. Beds were comfy. View was nice from cute, tiny balcony. Lots of character in the best way.
