Welcome to Private Paradise!
This Lake Front home on the private side of Lake Anna was completed in 2023, to offer a truly unique vacation experience. This home features a private beach, 2 story dock including 12-person bar table, high top tables, grill, and lounge chaises. Enjoy kayaks, paddle boards and a fire pit!
-7 total bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms. Large Primary Bedroom with window views of the lake.
-One of the few houses on the lake with HIGH-SPEED INTERNET and a dedicated workspace.
-Secluded Neighborhood

**Additional Information:**
- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- 12 Adults Maximum
- Free Parking for up to 7 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Beautiful vacation rental

Our group of five couples had a great time at this beautiful vacation rental. Each couple had a bedroom with a private bath which is important to our group. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The kitchen is large and well stocked with all the tools you need to cook for a large group. There are plenty of dishes and utensils. Next time we will bring wine glasses as the ones in the house are plastic. There are plenty of gathering spaces and we loved the outside area. We really appreciate the firewood as we enjoyed the fire pit every night. The wireless internet worked well even with all of us on phones and tablets. I highly recommend this property and we would certainly rent it again.

Great getaway with plenty room

House was great with plenty to do between paddle boards, kayaks, fishing, playing on the beach, and just relaxing! Deck was great as we were able to have lunch out on the water with the family. Dan, the owner of the rental company, was super easy to work with, prompt to respond with any questions and offered white glove service throughout the stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Great house!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home and property. We vacationed here with a few families with children of varying ages. The house was clean and well-stocked. The property- right on the water- was perfect and allowed for lots of fun at the beach and with a pontoon boat, paddle boards, etc. The host was responsive and we had a fantastic time. Thanks!

Husband 40th birthday

A group of 10 is celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday here and it was amazing. The house is immaculate, exactly as described if not better.The open space the common areas were so awesome and perfect for large gatherings. Despite the weather being a little chilly we enjoyed time near the water and it was perfect. Would highly recommend and am already looking for dates for the summer

The house was great and the Boat house was wonderful. The house was not cleaned good, popcorn on the floor in family room, floors were sticky, closet in basement bedroom had items in it and we cleaned the ceiling fan was dirty. We had to sweep the screen in patio, we had to go to Dollar store and buy something to clean the grill so we could cook. Lots of spider webs at boat house so we swept them down and really needs cleaned. The raft to lay on under the down was torn so was not usable. But we enjoyed the location and the house was great. We did call and the cleaners came and the owner on the day of arrival so everything was resolved.

Clean house, very spacious, everyone was super comfortable, comfortable bedding and beds, great amenities, we were all thrilled!! Had a fire each night at the fire pit and hung out on the dock during the day.

It was awesome! Communication was always quick and friendly. Easy to understand instructions and expectations. The house was as described with plenty of room. Internet worked great. Everything was new and updated and in proper working order. Overall just a fantastic house. And the dock...goodness...it's worth it just for the dock!!! We had a blast.

We stayed for a company retreat, the place was absolutely amazing. There were games for the kids, life jackets in all sizes for the lake, we were fully equipped for everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and checking out was perfect. We all had an amazing time here!

Perfect Spot

We had an awesome 5-day stay at this rental! The boat dock was definitely our favorite spot! It’s so nice to hang out by the water. Even with some rainy and cloudy days, we still had a blast paddle boarding and playing in the sand area. The house had plenty of space for all 8 adults and 3 kids (ages 5 to 80!), which was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed — lots of towels, kitchen stuff, extra blankets, and games to keep everyone entertained. The property manager was super friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We’d love to come back again for sure! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Great Getaway

The property was very nice, everything was as described. The host were readily available to answer any questions we may have had. The location was only a two hour drive. The area was so peaceful. This was a much needed getaway for our family, we will definitely book again.
