Adjoining the newly opened 5-star Palace Hotel, the apartment is located in a 5-star residential building by the same, Palace Hotel.
Situated on the 16th floor with elevator access in a picturesque area, our apartment is a perfect blend of opulence and convenience, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and well-connected retreat.
The living room features a couch, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony with stunning views of the city, Creek Island, and the canal, perfect for relaxing.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bedroom has a King-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
