This modern 42m2 studio is on the 17th floor, accessible by lift.

Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom complete with high-end room amenities, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The double bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It also features a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light and access to the balcony.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please be informed that the swimming pool will be closed from 11:00 AM on January 3, 2025, until further notice for necessary maintenance work. For safety purposes, we highly recommend residents avoid using it during this time.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
