The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Take advantage of the beautiful shared infinity pool, where you can unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy sweeping views of the city skyline.

You can find excellent restaurants in the area, such as The Courtyard at Vida Creek Beach, Soul Green Dubai, Mondoux, and Stage 2 at Vida Creek Harbour. You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
