Short walk to the pools and beach.

Great location to the pools and beach. Comfortable beds and beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is in need of oven mits, and the grill was dirty and in need of greasgrease pan havtrapchanged.

Quiet and convenient.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Since it was February, we did not use any facilities or pool or beach close by. Close to restaurants, shops, and major roadways.Check in and out was fine, but pay attention to the details as you have to pick up and drop off keys and packet offsite during specific hours.

Not what I expected

Overall, this wasn't what I expected. It wasn't clean, there was limited supplies. The pool was never cleaned while we were there. I feel bad for the owner who obviously is getting scammed by his or her cleaning company. I think we took better care of the place when we were there than anyone did before hand.

Wonderful home..pool was just too cold and we had to childproof some, as we have little ones. Beds were super comfy and we loved the location!

2nd year vacation

Had a great time as usual! Rented a house with a pool this year. Great idea! Pool maintenance came twice to clean it and were very friendly. Always alot to do while down there. Will be going back again next year!

Awesome Stay!

We have been staying in North Myrtle for 15 years in the condos and this was our first experience with renting a house in North Beach. The house was fantastic. Super clean, spacious and conveniently located to everything. The master bedroom and bathroom are really, really nice. Beach is a quick walk as is the fitness center. I can assure you that I read all reviews before I stay anywhere and anything less than 5 stars does this place no justice. We'll be back for sure.

Cannot beat the location!

This property was just as advertised. We had 5 teens/adults and we all had plenty of space! The location to the pools and the beach is AWESOME - a 5 minute walk if that. ITrip vacations was extremely accessible and efficient. We asked for extra blankets and they were dropped right off. The only thing I can say is that they need to replace the couches in the living room - they are very worn out. It was too cool for us to use the private pool, but we will be back in warner weather to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice Place

The house was beautiful and was nicely decorated. Overall cleanliness was good. We had a couple issues with some insects visiting but an exterminator showed up during the week. My wife was sun bathing by the pool and the sliding door opened up and a man was standing there in the house. Apparently, he decided he didn't need to knock, he used a key and walked right in. She was a little freaked out by that.

Great short get away

After a very long year our family needed to get away, even if for just a few days. The house was in a great location in a beautiful resort. Walking distance to the beach and great shopping and restaurants. If the weather had been a little warmer, I am certain that we would have loved the pool at the property as it was beautifully maintained and private. The only knock on the property was that the interior could have used a new coat of paint and that the couches in the main living space looked like they had been the beds for several large dogs. The couches were dirty and covered with pet dander, this made the room unusable for those of use with pet allergies. Regardless, there was very little reason to be inside because everything else was amazing.

Great beach rental

The proximity to the beach was nice. The property came with access to the resort pools but they were overcrowded in the peak of summer and we had a much better time enjoying the private pool that accompanies the house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and with 3 teenagers in the house, that was also a nice feature. Easy tiny improvements- the kitchen needs a dish mat and rack to dry dishes. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and the Keurig was also nice. The TV in the living room was not a smart tv so we went and purchased a cheap knock-off fire stick. That would be a nice addition as my kiddos had to watch their show at night. Otherwise, master suite was awesome and having the washer and dryer on the same level as the bedrooms was great. We would definitely return!

Excellent stay at NB resort!

We are repeat visitors at North Beach Resort & Villas and we will likely never stay anywhere else in north Myrtle beach! It has everything we could want during our trip with the beach, pools, and close proximity to barefoot landing! This house was perfect for our family! We had 2 couples and one teenager and one under 2 and it was comfortable for all of us! All of the bedrooms are great sized and the master suite was amazing. The living room/dining room/ kitchen open concept worked great and transitioned right on to the patio and pool area. The pool was good sized and was cleaned twice professionally during our stay. There is a tree that overhangs the pool so you get some leaves but there was a skimmer and it was easy enough to take care of. The pool got a good amount of shade at times which was nice for anyone wanting a break from the sun. We had one issue and texted the maintenance team and received a prompt response. We were also able to get early check in at 1:30 and that was a great help to us after 10 hours in a car!

Really Nice Place

The location and amenities are outstanding and the house itself is really nice. The cleanliness of the outside and inside of the property left something to be desired. There was some trash in the yard and the general landscaping in the front and back were unkempt. When we arrived the kitchen appliances looked as though they had been wiped down with dirty rags, there was hair in the drain in the master bathroom shower, the floors on the main level did not feel as though they'd been swept, the furniture in the main level also had sand and dust on them which suggested they were not properly cleaned before our arrival. There is also a vent in the master bathroom toilet room ceiling that collects condensation and then drips on unsuspecting users. We were overall very happy with our stay but would suggest to the owners that they find a better cleaning service and address the dripping vent in the bathroom.

Overall the property is nice but the entire place needs to be painted. Also the couches needed to be replaced. I read a prior review stating new ones were on order but they had not been replaced. We didn’t have access to the garage or cleaning closet . A broom and vacuum were left out for our use. Of course no dust pan. The cookware was minimal along with a pan that didn’t have a handle. Overall the location was great and the private pool was wonderful. I realize this property is probably just used for rental income but when I pay a lot of money to stay somewhere I expect the best. If you can get past the nasty smudged paint and gross couch you will be fine.

Amazing decor but dirty

The property was absolutely beautiful. The decor was amazing. The pool, sofa, grill and master bath rug were not good. I arrived around 7:00pm. After getting checked in I looked at the pool and text the number given. The pool had a lot of leaves, mulch & yard debris. I received a text stating that someone would come to look at the pool. The next day at 3:00 pm two unidentified men in a white truck with a dog showed up with a couple of chlorine tablets. By that time my children were so eager to swim that they cleaned the pool. The master bath has a large beautiful rug that was covered in someone else’s hair and had not been vacuumed before my checkin. The grill was beyond disgusting. There was in fact a brush to clean it but after so many guest just brushing their remains inside the grill was nasty. The love seat and sofa in the living room were filthy. They were both dirty and stained. This property could be amazing with better upkeep.

Toast on the coast Bachelorette

A group of six girls from Wisconsin looking to celebrate a bachelorette trip! The VRBO was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the location to the nearest resort. The neighborhood was absolutely adorable and made six women feel very very safe. The place itself had a fenced in pool in the back which was great for privacy on our days in.The house is beautiful as well. Plenty of room, decorated nicely. If something was not right, they have a maintenance team on standby ready to help you. The only thing was the place did not provide a lot of amenities such as paper towels/toilet paper so make a trip to a store to stock up if needed. A few bathrooms had streaky mirrors when we arrived as well so some things were missed in cleaning, but again not a huge deal!

My family stayed at this home for 1 week the first week of June. All 8 of us have nothing but great things to say about the place. When we first got there the tv in the living room was broken. A quick text and maintenance was on it and before we knew it there was a brand new tv. Looking at other reviews let me shine some light on everything. The pool is not heated, so for being the first week of June it was a little cold but nothing to prevent us from swimming. Cleaners came twice while we were there to clean the pool and it was spotless when they left. Maintenance is on point texting or calling I never had an issue. Were there bugs, yes but it is also the south and there are bugs around water sources so we knew what to expect at night when bugs came out by the pool. There were never any bugs inside the home. You have to either walk or take the shuttle to the resort pools or beach access (we just walked). It is a short enough walk to where we could lug our twin 3 years olds down to the pool or beach in strollers. We have stayed at the resort before so nothing has really changed. The home inside was very clean. I would stay here again.
