Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, as well as to all of the unique shops, restaurants, and activities the quaint village of Duck has to offer, Smooth Sailing is the ideal getaway for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and relaxation during their Outer Banks vacation! Updates for 2024 include all completely renovated bathrooms, new fans and TVs in all bedrooms, and an expanded hot tub and pool entertaining space, complete with a TV!
This bright and modern, beachy home offers many personal touches throughout. The open eat-in kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal for the family. Dine at the beautiful hardwood dining table, or take it outside to dine al fresco in the the screened-in porch directly off the kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating and room to spread out. This home is pet-friendly (dogs only, please), so be sure to bring your pup along for the fun!
NEW for 2025! Brand new floor added to property including additional bathroom, sleeping space for 2, new laundry, with a separate living/recreational space. For 2025, the property will have 3 bathrooms with the ability to sleep 15 guests. New pictures coming soon!
After a day at the beach, spend your afternoons around the private pool (approximately 20'x9') or relax in the hot tub and soak away your cares! The shaded patio is a great spot to hang out and play cards. Take in the sun and salt air on one of the many decks.
Park the car and leave it in the driveway all week at Smooth Sailing! Located in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly town of Duck, the Duck Trail provides access to everything that makes this town so special, including the soundfront boardwalk dotted with restaurants and shops, and the Duck Town Park that offers family-friendly activities including live music, movie nights, exercise classes and more during the summer months. Also enjoy direct beach access at the end of the street from Smooth Sailing!
Pool heat is available for $400.
For your convenience, Smooth Sailing provides sheets and towels.
