Located in the community of Ocean Sands section F, this charming cedar shake unit is a two-minute walk to the pristine, wide, uncrowded beach that Corolla is famous for. Enjoy the tranquility of this nicely appointed townhouse that is within sight and sound of the surf. It offers cathedral ceilings and a beautiful view of the ocean from its great room, kitchen, and cozy covered deck.
Once youâve arrived, put away your car keys and leave your car at the condo all week! In addition to being so close to the beach, Duck Donuts, pizza, ice cream, smoothies, the Fudgery, and Harris Teeter grocery store are a just a short walk away. Golf at the exclusive Currituck Club is always a good bet, and the clubhouse is within a half-mile. For a more leisurely morning or afternoon, the shops and restaurants of Sanders Bay are an easy bike ride along Corolla's bike trail.
The decor and furnishings are designed to enhance your beach experience. The mid level offers a king en suite with a TV and full bathroom (shower), a second queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a full hall bathroom. The top level features the kitchen and living area with limited ocean views and a balcony of inviting Adirondack chairsâperfect for watching the sunrise with your coffee and enjoying the ocean breezes all day long! Flat screen smart TV, DVD, iPhone/Android compatible stereo, games, books, and a dining area with kitchen barstools make relaxation and enjoyment effortless. The loft offers a double bed and futon â perfect for the kids to have their own space to play games, text, or stream movies on their phone or tablet.
