This luxury walk-in suite requires no steps or stairs to access, and it beautifully overlooks the Thousand Hills Golf Course right in the heart of Branson! It also has one of the most breathtaking views in Branson from its large, enclosed sunroom! Located within the Fairways at Thousand Hills and just off 76 Country Blvd. (the Main Strip), 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to the Branson Landing, and just three blocks from the Aquarium at the Boardwalk!

Additional entertainment features include large LED TVs mounted in each room with smart TV access in the living room, cable TV package, books, table games, & free High Speed Wireless Internet access throughout!

We personally clean, manage, and maintain this property to ensure everything is perfect for your stay! It comes fully stocked with all of the comforts of home, including: a full-sized kitchen, all major appliances, cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, premium coffee maker (with all supplies provided), and so much more! You couldn't ask for a better location as it's only two blocks from the main strip and right by so many world-class attractions, shopping opportunities, and restaurants!

Upon reservation, we will immediately send you a welcome message, directions to the condo, and a Q&A e-mail containing additional information about the condo. The front door utilizes a digital keypad. We will send you a unique code prior to your arrival. That way, you may go straight to the condo and begin your vacation as soon as you arrive. This property was in the perfect location for everything we did during our Branson Stay. The unit was laid out wonderfully with a king master suite with access to the enclosed patio, along with a second king bedroom with adjoining bath for our friends. The shower in this bath was handicap accessible making it easy for our friend to step into.The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils (although we didn’t cook during our stay), and those accessories that you need every now and then.The living room had plenty of seating for all of us to relax in-between the events we chose in Branson.Would definitely choose to rent this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was just lovely and so comfortable. We loved how the space was arranged. The location was central and convenient to all the things we wanted to do but at the same time was quiet and gave us a sense of privacy. We have already recommended it to friends!

This property was as advertised. Met expectations. It was clean and spacious, great for 3 adults. There is an upstairs condo which means you will hear every footstep or kid running. During our stay there must have been 2 or 3 kids running nonstop from early morning to evening. You could hear ever cry and stomp. Because of that we likely won’t stay here again unless it’s on a top floor. The host was great though and every prompt with information. My only complaint was something he couldn’t control.

this is a ground floor walk in at Thousand Hills . The condo itself is well equipped and everything is there that you will need. the only problem is that there was terrible running and jumping noises above us from the floor above us that it was difficult to ignore and rest.. I realize this can't be monitored as to who is renting the unit but more consideration would have been nice.

Perfect floor plan in quiet location

First off, the floor plan is perfect for families - with a split floor setup and each bedroom has their own bathroom. The master has a large jetted tub, a huge walk-in closet, and direct access to a sunroom that overlooks the golf course. The kitchen has a large pantry and a dining room with a large table. The second bedroom has a shower and a nice size closet too.This place is larger than my my first home! Everything was clean as a whistle - even the fan blades and shutters were clean!A few little things: neither of the toilets flush properly. We continually added water to them and flushed repeatedly to get them to work. We bought a 3" pillowtop to add some softness to the master bed. Most of the dishware provided is melamine so it can't be microwaved, however, there are a few small ceramic ramekins you can use.But all in all, we would stay again because the floor plan is huge and amazing, the owner is absolutely lovely, and the condo is super CLEAN! There are no steps to deal with either, which is wonderful for people with mobility issues and the unit is in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We didn't use the pool but it also looked well-maintained.Highly recommend!

Anniversary Trip

My sister and her husband wanted a Branson trip to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Branson is MY happy place, so I made the reservations and was their driver. We were delighted with this 2 BR Condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, a perfect location, and NO stairs. We did think the TV was difficult to figure out, but for most it wouldn’t be an issue! I’m so glad I rented this Condo, we had a wonderful stay there!

My wife and I are older and both on walkers so we were excited about this condo being on the ground level with no.steps except for 1 at the curb. Parking was close. This was the second stay with Adam as our host. Both times were great. He is very nice. Adam bought these, oversaw the renovation, personnaly manages them and is very responsive. I have been a vacation rental host before as well as the owner and manager of long term rentals back home. His ambition and dedication remind me of myself 35 years ago. Many properties are owned by huge corporations and managed by someone who cannot communicate in English with out a translation device. I would rather spend my money here where i know it is put to good use than go oversees.

Branson Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Adam’s property. Location was wonderful as it took only minutes to get to our attractions. Condo was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Adam was able to accommodate our request for a slightly earlier check in (although we realized this might not have been possible). No issues arose during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Branson.

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for us. It’s a huge condo with tons of seating. Having 2 recliners really made this the best choice for us. Some things are outdated but it takes nothing away from the stay. Condo is super clean and not far off the strip. Host is wonderful and made everything easy. Thanks David
