With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 trundle bed (2 twins), it offers a tremendous space for guests to relax and unwind. New backyard renovations include large back patio, propane fire pit and 4 hole putting green! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. Additionally, there is an enjoyable additional space in the form of a living room with a cozy sofa bed. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying the comforts of this delightful property, we think our place will help you experience everything College Station has to offer.

Hi there, weâre Stephanie and Jeff! We live in Austin, TX and love spending as much time as we can in College Station supporting Aggie Athletics! We love sharing our home with everyone who visits College Station!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Stephanie graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 and she actually lived in the front house on the property for most of her time in college. Thereâs something special about the historic district and we hope you feel its energy while staying here! The historic is a very student heavy neighborhood so youâll feel like youâre back in college during your stay.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our short walk to campus and Kyle Field makes us very special. We can see the back on the Jumbotron from the backyard. We also can easily walk to Olsen Field for Aggie baseball and Reed arena for Aggie Basketball or graduation!
