The expansive Master King bedroom offers access to a balcony and includes a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity and a welcoming bathtub. Further along the hallway, you’ll encounter the laundry facilities, followed by a Queen bedroom, which also boasts balcony access and is adjacent to a full bathroom. At the end of the corridor, the third bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed, ideal for children or groups of friends. When you reach the top level, you'll enter the living room, the heart of the home, where tranquility meets the essence of coastal living. There’s ample space to unwind with a coffee and a book or to enjoy a family movie together. This area also includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a half bath. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and contains everything necessary for meal preparation or for enjoying meals at the dining table.
