Nära Gustavia och St Jean strand, är den här lägenheten i en liten och lugn lägenhet komplex (12 enheter) på höjderna av Anse des Cayes. Lägenheten har though inredda för din komfort, med ett stort vardagsrum, en king size säng (2 meter stor), ett litet kök och ett badrum med dusch. Trevlig däck terrass med solstolar, ett matbord och en fantastisk havsutsikt. Alla bekvämligheter: satellit-TV, DVD, hifi, cd-skivor, böcker, iPod-docka, wifi, dator, kikare, solstolar, kropp surfbräda, safe. I köket: kaffebryggare, expresso maskin, ugn, brödrost. Wonderful property!

Patrice's property is very inviting and has a spectacular view. We were very comfortable and took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella that are included in the flat. The location on the island is central to everything. We hope to return to your lovely property!

Charming with an Excellent View

Driving the winding, narrow steep driveway to a building with no street address (apparently the norm in St. Barth's) is worth it when you open the door to a lovely, nicely arranged apartment with an amazing view. The island is so small, almost every place we wanted to see, including beaches, the airport and restaurants, was 10-15 minutes away. Beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. Anse de Saline beach and the hike to snorkel on Anse de Colombier were our favorites.

My husband and I met on the island 10 years ago. We've stayed in other homes/villas/apartments, but this location and view was incredible. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in St. Barth.

Affordable stay in paradise!

Exelant location, milon dollars view. Very clean and convenient place to stay in St Barth. Just perfect to enjoy all that island has to offer. Host and Valerie the property manager go out of their way to make vacations happy . So very pleased with it . Would definitely come back .

Lovely Apartment in Paradise

I enjoyed my stay in this well-appointed apartment with a view! It was very pleasant dining on the outdoor deck looking out over the water. The furnishings are modern and the bed is very comfortable. I received attentive responses from the owner and property manager when I had questions. Recommended!

This property was a fantastic find. From the moment we entered the condo, a mood was set with music playing and an amazing view toward the beach beckoning us onto the patio. While modest in size, the unit had everything we needed. The view was stunning, the foliage and landscaping magical, and the location was an easy drive to anything we needed or wanted. The owner and manager were great communicators with us long before we even got to the property. A great umbrella, comfortable beach chairs, and beach towels were a huge bonus. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment with beautiful view and Patrice and Valerie were Great !!!!

First, Patrice and Valerie were sooo nice and always available via email or phone. They both answered all questions immediately and we’re sooo accommodating and nice. The condo was very very clean and had a beautiful balcony and view of the ocean. The cleaning service everyday was great and the the condo had all the amenities needed and very comfortable. Thank you Patrice and Valerie for making us feel so comfortable. Thank you. Charlie.

Meandering up & down the tight narrow driveway & tight turns to get into the parking area took a bit of doing. But got use to it right away. Didn't like that if you were half way up or down & someone was coming in from the other direction, that you had to back out. But good that you had an assigned spot.

Magical!

Wow! What can I say?! I had the most amazing time during my stay in Saint Barths at Patrice’s lovely studio apartment! It was the perfect size space for myself and would have been just as perfect for two. The view is INCREDIBLE, the photos don’t do the space justice. The patio is large and lovely to hang out on with your morning coffee and glass of wine on the evening. Comfortable bed, wonderful rainfall shower that I never had an issue with. The small kitchen was perfect for making small meals. The only downside was the pool was being worked on while I was there, however, who needs a pool when you have so many beautiful beaches surrounding you! The location of Patrice’s apartment is absolute perfection, it was so amazing being close to both Gustavia and Saint Jean. Both Patrice and Valerie were amazing and always available if needed. Any needs were met quickly and efficiently. Go stay here, you won’t regret!

Amazing views and great location!

I had a wonderful stay and I was well taken care of by Valerie (the concierge) and Julie (the housekeeper)! I just loved spending time on the balcony looking at the view and hearing the crash of the waves below. The owner Patrice was also great at communication and giving me excellent tips about places to go while there. My only big problem with the property was entering and exiting the steep, narrow, blind driveway! There are no signs or mirrors that show incoming/outgoing cars! I was always terrified of the possibility of a head-on collision! The parking spot for 42 was also too narrow and so I parked mostly in the Visit space instead to avoid getting my car scratched or dinged! Other than that, it is a very comfortable and stylish condo with spectacular views and the location is quite convenient to Gustavia and the airport!

TRES BON RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX

Nous avons aimé , le grand lit de 2 m , la vue sur mer , la grande salle de bain très fonctionnelle , la grande terrasse , le coin bureau et coin salon ,les petits équipements (parasol et transat pour la plage...), la place de parking privée et l'emplacement , très pratique pour visiter l'île et pour sortir le soir .Il est possible de cuisiner sur place , d'aller rapidement faire des courses ou aller au restaurant et il est possible de se faire livrer.

Emplacement de rêve

Charmante petite propriété, situé près de tout, mais tout de même à l'écart du bruit et de la circulation. Patrice a tout de suite établi la communication suite à la réservation, et a été très clair et précis pour la suite des choses. Le studio était très propre, et la cuisine bien fournie. Quoique nous avons dû chercher pour quelques items, certains semblait manquer (ie: planche à découper). Un espace de parking est réservé (voiture essentielle à St-Barth), et malheureusement la piscine était hors d'usage pendant notre séjour. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et les nombreuses plages de St-Barth. Mention spéciale pour la collection de CD avec choix musicaux irréprochable.

Imprécision sur la situation de l’appartement dans la copropriété. Il faut en fait monter 3 étages donc les recommandations pour les personnes âgées sont inexistantes.pire vous pourriez très bien ne pas pouvoir y accéder en cas de problème physique . Le cumulus 50 litres, n’est pas adapté à une utilisation de couple . En Exterieur la terrasse et composée d’une rehausse où se situent les transat. Pas facile d’y accéder car beaucoup trop haute et perieux d’en redescendre à un certain âge . La télévision fut un grand moment . Je défie quiconque de pouvoir la regarder et la mettre en marche . Enfin la cerise sur le gâteau fut les claironnades d’une vingtaine de coqs de 3:00 du matin et même 23:00 nuit noire .. avec coupure diurne heureusement. De témoignage de résident . C’est à rendre fou! L’anse aux cailles aurait être rebaptisée l’anse aux coqs. Sinon l’appartement est normal et Valérie très disponible ! Le ménage est fait tous les jours sauf dimanche . Donc tarif un peu trop élevé pour la prestation

Excellente location

Nous connaissons bien St Barth, c'est notre 1ère fois dans cette location, mais nous retournerons à chaque visite dans la mesure des dispos. Nous avons déjà recommandé votre établissement. Tout est parfait, calme, accueil, propreté, la vue, la situation, l'ambiance, bonne musique... Je recommande à 100% bon rapport qualité prix.

Appartamento con vista panoramica su Anse de Cayes

Arredato in modo semplice ma fresco e molto pulito. Selezione di film e musica degna di nota messa a disposizione dal proprietario, sempre cortese e collaborativo. Unica piccola delusione è aver trovato un microonde e non un fornetto tradizionale che renderebbe possibile cucinare qualcosa un casa. Torneremo senz’altro. Grazie Patrice..

We do love our apartment which is like a small penthouse located at the top of the condo. The view is just incredible, and you see it even when lying on the bed. The location, far from the main road, but on a 3 minutes drive from the shops and restaurants of Gustavia or from St Jean and Flamand beaches, is very convenient. We also are pleased with the way we furnished and decorated the flat in order to make it a relaxing place. Some of our customers like it too, and they come back year after year.
