You will have access to the entire upper home. So your space is for you and you only. Complete privacy.
Three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds, fresh linens, and ample storage space.
Two modern bathrooms, with a convenient walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries and fluffy towels.
A bright and inviting living room with plenty of seating, flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. There's also a cozy dining area with seating for six.

We want to ensure that they are respected, above all else while people are visiting. This is where they live and we believe they have the right to peaceful enjoyment.

-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-Only use the bins provided (please see photo attached)
-Laundry is to be done from 10 am to 10 pm ONLY.
