Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful FULLY FURNISHED home and tastefully decorated two story Single family is located in a Champions gate 24-hour Guarded Gate golf resort Community. Just a few minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, only an hour to the coast for your beach luxurious vacation home. The house is furnished by a professional decorator, features 6 bedrooms, 6baths
The space
Supermarkets and restaurants are less than a 10 minute drive. Disney attractions and water parks are 15-20 minutes away, and there are 2 onsite golf courses.
Guests have free access to the club house with lazy river, pool, bar, cabana, tennis and basketball courts, restaurant, and gym. Onsite golfing and tennis carry a separate fee. Same gate access QR code can be used to access club house.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
*Grill: $70 (plus tax). We provide one propane tank - If applicable, must be requested at least 5 days prior to check-in date.
*Pool/Spa Heating: $35 per night, with a minimum of 3 days - When applicable, must be requested at least 3 days prior to check-in date. note that we are not responsible for any issues that may occur with the pool heating system.
*No parties are allowed at this property! Penalties may be applied if our policy is violated.
