Detta utvidgade Cape Style-hem ligger nära staden, butiker, gallerier och lokala restauranger. Fastigheten har ett stort däck- och uteplats med två nivåer utrustade med en kolgrill och utemöbler samt en myggmagnet för att göra det mer bekvämt. Däck har utsikt över en stor trädgård, komplett med ett svängsats / djungel-gym och den slutna utomhusduschen är utmärkt att skölja bort efter en dag på stranden. Det inre av hemmet har ett vardagsrum med platt-TV, franska dörrar till däck och en sluten veranda med sittgrupp. Det finns en mat i köket, liksom tre sovrum och ett badrum (renoverat hösten 2013) på första nivån. På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum, ett med en enkelsäng och det andra med 2 enkelsängar och ett halvt badrum. Varje sovrum har en AC-enhet för extra komfort. Extraordinary House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying on the Cape since 1979 and in Wellfleet since 1987. We've had this house on our radar for some time, but the timing was never right. This year it worked and we were not disappointed! This was the best house yet! There were 5 adults in our party. There was comfortable seating in the kitchen, living room and sun porch for all of us. The variety of furnishings in the bedrooms accommodated everyone's preferences, and the beds were comfortable. The extended deck area offered a variety of seating for different times of the day. Our preference is to stay in town to enjoy the walkability of Wellfleet. This house is a 5-10 minute walk to the Flying Fish and Box Lunch, and to the heart of the town. It is just up the street from the library. It is a pleasant walk to the harbor and Mayo Beach, and you can walk off the ice cream on the way home. The old Lema's, now the Wellfleet Market Place, had everything we needed, including our favorite Portuguese muffins, good meat, and good sandwiches. The Market and the liquor store just down the street have a good selection of wines. Don't miss a stop at the AIM Thrift Store. The house is extremely well furnished. There were spices, oils and vinegars in the cupboard, Dove soap in the soap dishes; laundry, dishwasher, dish and hand soaps were provided; there was an excellent variety of cooking pans with lids, a good selection of microwave and storage dishes, and a good gas grill for grilling that fish and shrimp from Mac's and The Boathouse. Unfortunately, we were too early for Hatch's Fish Market, which is our usual go-to. We travel with a collection of kitchen items that we use, but that have been missing in our past rentals. The only thing we needed from the box was a fly swatter and our beer cozies. The owners have done an excellent job of updating and maintaining this house while maintaining the original character. It was a joy to stay in this house and we look forward to returning!

Walking into town to pick up the suddenly empty container of half and half or for a mid day ice cream is another great benefit (not to mention the great Flying Fish restaurant being steps away). Come--just don't try to take our annual two weeks away from us!
