Lovely in every way

The owner of the property lives next door, and he is very kind and helpful. I hope to stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and good location. We were going to bring ur two small dogs but decided not to. We are glad that we did because the houses were close together and this could have impacted the dog's behavior. We met the owner who was very friendly and responsive.

Cozy cottage

Overall was an okay experience. Steve was helpful. He gave us the hose for anti-mosquito spay that I had to use the first day since we were greeted by the mosquito army. 9:00am Check-out time is uncomfortable. Master bedroom had a trace of marijuana smell when we came. Cleaners only cleaned inside, not the deck. House is quite lovely and well-designed for its size. It is located in a lovely area with a short (5-7 min) walk to the small local beach and 3 min drive to the Indian Neck beach. If looking for a private setting, look elsewhere. House is cramped between the two other houses one of which is occupied by the owner Steve. We got lucky with the other house being empty for the most of our stay. It is overpriced for what it is. Still, we enjoyed beautiful Wellfleet and proximity of Provincetown, there are many great eating places short drive away. If you don’t mind mosquitoes and lack of privacy, it still can be your cottage. We will be looking for different one next time.

Beachside Comfort

We had a wonderful time at this property with our young children! It was actually much more spacious than it looked and we were even able to have the grandparents come visit during our week stay too! It’s a short walk to the beach - a beautiful beach I should add! This property is close to everything we love about the Cape and was everything we were looking for!

Great Week in Wellfleet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great for getting all around Wellfleet. The beach is a 5 minute walk, the center of town and the pier are a 7 minute drive. The house has all of the amenities you can ever need for a Cape vacation.
