This newly constructed townhome provides all of the modern comforts in the middle of the Historic District of Cape May (within walking distance of the downtown and the beaches). The 2400+ sq. ft. unit includes 4 bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom), an elevator, full-sized washer & dryer, 2 car garage (plus 2 add. parking spots), 3 porches, and an outdoor shower. The house has full 4K cable and Wi-Fi and the kitchen includes a Viking gas range, dishwasher, a two refrigerators.

We have rented this property on Airbnb for several years and we have now expanded to using Vrbo. We are glad to have provided a great vacation house for multiple families over the last few years. Every Airbnb rating for our Cape May house was 5 stars.

The City of Cape May, âThe Nationâs Oldest Seashore Resort,â is an ideal location for a vacation or a long weekend. The city itself is designated as a National Historic Landmark due to its concentration of Victorian buildings, but there is so much more to Cape May. Cape May offers beautiful beaches, great shopping, superior restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Unlike other towns at the Jersey shore, Cape May is a year-round town so the majority of the restaurants and activities are open all year which makes Cape May a perfect place to visit at all time.

Our house is a rare find as there is very little new construction in the Historic District of Cape May. Based on this, we have all of the modern amenities that are desired in a vacation home, but the home is also in an ideal location and close to all the Cape May has to offer. From this location, it is a quick walk to the beach and the downtown (including the many restaurants and stores).
