Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Gazcue is a very nice, quiet, and upscale residential neighborhood in Santo Domingo that exudes a suburban atmosphere with its shaded trees and attractive middle-class homes. It is located next door to the Zona Colonial, west from it and north from Malecon seaside shore. Dotted with ornate villas, Gazcue is home to the Palacio Nacional, a marble palace housing the governmentâs executive branch. Clustered in the Plaza de la Cultura are the Museum of the Dominican Man, with national history and culture exhibits, the Museum of Modern Art, showing 20th-century Dominican works, and the National Museum of Natural History. The modern Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito hosts drama and opera.
