Good overall. A little isolated but also made for a generally quieter experience except one of the bedrooms wasn’t quite as advertised in that they don’t tell you you’ll hear outside machines humming 24/7 and there’s a ton of ambient light that floods through the window, not to mention the bed is rather firm. Would have preferred that all be specified in advance because I didn’t sleep very well because of all that.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the perfect place to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer without having to stay in the middle of all the noise and crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet we were only about a 15 Uber ride from the Strip. For us, it was truly the best of both worlds. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and inviting. After a long day out, it was so nice to come back to a quiet place where we could actually relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic as well. Communication was always quick and easy, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rentals, and this is definitely one we would come back to. If you want to enjoy Vegas but also appreciate having a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to escape the craziness of the Strip, this is a great choice. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas. Five stars all the way!

Conveniently located near the strip. Parking close to the unit was great and pool was right outside. A nice change of pace from the casinos and the expensive parking and long walks to get places. Clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s so nice to return to a quiet neighborhood after spending most of the day at the convention center and on the strip. It felt secure and the location is close to everything. I wouldn’t walk the distance to the strip, but someone ambitious could :) We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for the two of us with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Decorating inside is very nice and contemporary. My bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. There's a washer and dryer in the room and plenty of other amenities that makes it feel like home. The grounds were well kept and the property has kind of a tropical vibe to it particularly with the two pools. From a security standpoint, I liked the fact that the property is gated access only and our room had smoke alarms, a CO2 monitor, water sprinklers and a fire extinguisher for fire suppression. Getting to the strip is pretty straight forward and only takes about 6 minutes. If and when we go back to Vegas, we would definitely stay here again and is highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you and your wife enjoyed your stay and felt comfortable throughout the home. It’s great to know the space, amenities, and overall setup made it feel like a home away from home, and that you were able to enjoy the property’s pools, grounds, and convenient location near the Strip. We also truly appreciate you highlighting the security features—we take great pride in ensuring our guests feel safe and well taken care of. We’d be absolutely delighted to host you again on your next trip to Vegas.

The apartment was VERY clean! The rooms were spacious. We had everything we needed. Pool was amazing. Overall a great stay. You could walk but due to the area at night I would not try it. It served its purpose for us! The host was very responsive! Only suggestion is welcome email is overwhelming and hard to read when you just need door code while drunk lol! Maybe turn that into an essential text or something as well as a huge welcome email. I would book again!
