Rose welcomes the morning sun peeking over UÄka mountain.
It spreads on 2 levels and with its bright wooden surfaces brings greater connection with the natural surroundings. This home has preserved elements of the original kitchen from the time when cooking using wood powered stoves and warm hearth was the place of everyday gathering. It is blended with modern functionalities and a big kitchen countertop that calls for creation of memories and indulging in food.
Welcome to this tiny authentic Istrian village where you can find find yourself in luxury of natural simplicites. Under same roof of the only fully renovated stone house Rose is one of 3 holiday homes.
Rose is a safe space for all our diversities and it comes with a green courtyard, wooden tables, barbecue area and garden that is shared by all guests.
Feel the respect and responsibility towards more sustainable environment and living.
Whole property and village nurtured in non harmful way (from taking care of linen to washing soaps and taking care for the garden). Waste separation and using compost zones are important part of this village more sustainable way of living.

Rose and Lupa share the same patio where you can have together time for breakfasts or collecting memories of a day while watching into sunset that comes to you between stone houses and cherry tree.

You will find us, Mirna and Neven â a couple in our thirties, who decided to plant our roots here and live with this village, to be a part of its awakening, the renaissance, and to cherishing all that countryside life all can be.
This tiny village MikuliÄiÄi is a place of regenerative approach to sustainability where we are creating organic experience and luxury of simplicity in slow stays and collection of rural happenings where with each guests encounter new energy is being sprouted - teambuildings, boutique weddings, intimate gatherings in off season and workshops and cooking classes for smaller groups from spring to autumn.
