Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and located in Central Fort Worth, you will be close to everything you need for a great stay in Fort Worth. Enjoy swimming fun at Burgerâs Lake, local walking, biking & hiking trails nearby. Only 4.7 miles from the Historic Stockyards, 4.2 miles from Dickie's Arena, 6 miles from downtown Ft. Worth, 7 miles from Magnolia, 7 miles from the Medical District and 7 miles from TCU. This charming home is only 30 minutes away from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, DFW Airport, and Texas Motor Speedway.
This cozy 2 bedroom home sleeps 5 and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay including a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom, internet access, 45â Smart TV in the living room as well as books and games to enjoy during your time here. Each bedroom holds a queen bed, a Smart TV and large closet space with hangers and a dresser. A twin size roll away style bed is provided for a 5th guest in the master bedroom. The kitchen provides a 4-burner range/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, plenty of cookware, dishes & flatware.
You will have exclusive, full use of the home along with a private front entrance & backyard. You will have access to the interior of the home, backyard, and parking in the driveway. Parking is available on the street but it is very limited. Please do not park in the driveway of the resident next door.

This home is a duplex with residents located on the other side. Please do not disturb residents next door.
