Welcome to our charming finca near Porto Cristo, set on a 15,000 m² property with stunning sea views. Enjoy a 12 m pool, a spacious terrace, and modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the upper floor, and a cozy wood-burning stove. The casita provides extra storage for bikes and outdoor gear. Perfect for families or friends seeking a peaceful retreat with nature, a lemon tree in the garden, and even friendly animals on-site (two cats and a pet pig).
Your accommodation:
Our finca offers around 240 m² of living space on a spacious property (approx. 15,000 m²). Located in a peaceful rural setting, it’s the perfect retreat to escape everyday life. The sea view and the surrounding natural landscape create an idyllic atmosphere—ideal for unwinding on the large terrace or by the 12 m pool.

• 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite bathrooms); bedding includes a 1.8 × 2 m waterbed, two 1.6 × 2 m double beds, and 0.9 × 2 m single beds

• Cozy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings (we’ll gladly provide firewood)

Access for guests:
Feel at home in our stone-built finca and enjoy unrestricted use of the entire property. The casita offers convenient storage for luggage, bicycles, or other outdoor equipment. Our large pool is available for your use—please note you swim at your own risk and children should always be supervised.
Interaction with guests:
We’re available by phone or message should you have any questions or concerns. No one is permanently on-site, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation undisturbed. At the same time, we’ll take care of any necessary details to ensure a smooth and carefree stay.

•High-quality towels and bed linens are included in the price.
•Cleaning services during your stay are available upon request.
•We recommend having a car for getting around.
•Two friendly cats live on the property in a small outbuilding (no care required), and we also have a pet pig.
•Our pool is serviced twice a week in the morning to ensure it’s always in top condition. Additionally, a gardener comes once a week to maintain the outdoor areas. We strive to be as discreet as possible and won’t disturb you.
•From November through February, a certain amount of heating oil is included in the price; any usage beyond that quota will be charged separately.
•No parties or unregistered guests: Please note that we do not allow large gatherings, and only the people included in the booking may stay overnight.
•Police registration: In accordance with “Real Decreto 933/2021” and “Ley Orgánica 4/2015, de 30 de marzo, de protección de la seguridad ciudadana,” we are obliged to collect the full personal details of all guests and submit them to the relevant authorities. This is mandatory and must be completed before check-in.
•Our accommodation holds an official vacation rental license ETV-12387, registered under Tale Stays SL. The finca is also managed locally by Tale Stays SL, which means that the legally required police registration of all guests is handled through our company. You can be confident that your stay is fully legal and secure – we comply with all current Mallorca tourism regulations. For any questions or issues, we are always available to assist you.
