Clean, comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom unit. Bus is right outside the door; no need for a car. The front bedroom is noisy at night as it’s right on a busy street. Host was very quick to respond and access to the unit is easy. There are steep stairs up to unit #2. Good value.

This property worked well for our family for graduation weekend for our daughter. Plenty of room and extra beds if anyone needs that. Close to train station and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Only thing I would recommend is an upgrade on the bath towels but all else very good!

Exceptional location near trains and buses, which made all of Chicago accessible. Near Wrigley, good restaurants, and grocery stores too. Apartment itself is very nice, and two bathrooms is an enormous plus. Great, new appliances too. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chicago.

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and super comfy. The beds were awesome, the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely book again! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!!!

Fantastic place to stay for our visit of the city! The location is great. Plenty of stuff near bye and very close to the train to go downtown. Property looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room for our group of four adults. Only small thing is no dedicated parking space with your stay but the host gives all the information on how to park. So I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kitchen could use some more glassware for drinks. Layout is great with rooms on either end separated by great room and kitchen. Two bathrooms is fantastic. HVAC worked great.

6/10 Okej

From the first sight the impression is just okay. Entrance was unkempt. Entering apartment it’s clear that it’s different than photos. No throw pillows different rug etc. Table is a bit beat up and chairs rickety. Kitchen had 2 glasses and one wine glass. No pizza cutter in Chicago is weird and only one tiny cutting board. The bathrooms were the biggest disappointment with both bathtubs being damaged and one literally spongy when taking a shower. Bedrooms were okay. A bunkbed was added but top bunk requires the ceiling fan to be turned off to enter or exit. One small well used towel for each guest. Front bedrooms blinds don’t cover the window so pillows were used to block out street lights at night and for privacy. When requested more glassware and dish towels to dry dishes they were promised but never arrived. Overall the location raised this review from poor to okay. Not a good choice for a family with kids that need baths. Owner should consider doing an inspection of this property and make needed upgrades for safety and comfort. We paid a higher price due to marathon and were not wowed.
