Amazing retreat in the mountains

Very spacious house with a great kitchen and pool area (indoors!). Hosts were helpful and responsive as well.

Family Thanksgiving

We spent several days with our children and grandchildren here over Thanksgiving. It was great! We enjoyed the basement with pool table, ping pong and darts. The swimming pool was such great fun for all of us. The house had a large well equipped kitchen for delicious meals throughout our stay. We enjoyed all the areas upstairs and down that allowed us to come together as a family and yet some quiet moments for a cup of coffee with the mountain views. It was a great time building memories.

Summer at H7

We had a delightful time at H7. We are a multi generational family with older folks, young adults and children. We take a trip like this every year. H7 was ideal. The pool is esential for us, and it was first rate. The kitchen is wonderful. Sleeping accomodations are great. H7 is close to many activities. I have no criticisms of this property.

The Christmas Cabin

For the last three years our family has enjoyed being in one the most picturesque settings in all God’s creation for Christmas. Its proximity to Estes Park, the ease of access from the highway and the privacy afforded draws us back each year. We love the layout and spaciousness of Hope Mountain which allows a family of twelve to be together enjoying the kitchen and main gathering room, but also, to have areas of retreat for games, the pool or quiet reading by the fire. Linens upgrade would gain a five star rating, however, it’s an experience worth coming back for time after time.

Beautiful property

We loved the secluded area and amazing views. It was in the upper 80s while we were there, which made the home very warm. A lot of the windows and doors did not have screens, which made cooling the house difficult. The pool was amazing, the children were in it nonstop. The deepest area is 5 ft. I was worried that it would be cold, since it is unheated, but the temp was perfect. A/C would have made this stay 5 stars!

HOPE, HAPPINESS and GREAT VIEWS

My family LOVED and ENJOYED our stay. We did not want to leave. The house was beyond beautiful. There was plenty of room and space. My kid would have lived in the pool if we would have let them. The mountain views are stunting and breathtaking. A cute trail on the property always allows you to take on an adventure at your own pace. The trail was kid-friendly, with motivational stones to encourage you along the way. WE CANT WAIT TO BOOK ANOTHER FAMILY VACATION ASAP.
