A sophisticated and contemporary villa with private pool, hot tub and games room. This 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom home has just been renovated throughout â freshly painted, new plank flooring, new kitchen and bathrooms, all new furniture and bedding! The home is located within the gated Westhaven community within close proximity to all of the attractions.
The rear living area has plenty of natural light and views to the pool. There is a comfortable sofa and large screen smart TV to relax. There is a second living area at the front of the home ensuring plenty of space to spread out.
The updated kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family, plus new stainless steel appliances. Grab a bite at the breakfast area or share a meal together in the elegant dining room.
The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom, plus its own balcony! A great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. There are two themed bedrooms for the kids â one for gamers with two twin beds, and the other Star Wars with a bunk bed and single. There is a further queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The community is well located for the surrounding attractions, including the Disney parks just under 25 mins drive.
