Kom tillbring din Arizona-semester i "Your Home Away From Home" Efter en hektisk dag i dalen, gå inte tillbaka till ett litet hål i hotellrummet på väggen. Unna dig en fullständig "stuga" för samma pris som ett hotellrum och hundratals mindre än andra fritidshus! Visst, du kan spendera dubbelt så mycket i en fancy-semester semester hyra, men det finns ingen anledning att göra det! Detta hem har tillräckligt med utrymme för dig att koppla av, äta och njuta av din tid i Arizona och du kommer inte att göra det!

Om du vill ta dig utanför, gå några steg till STORA poolen med toaletter, duschar och stolar för att sola sig i Arizona-solen. Alldeles intill poolen ligger en rymlig park med ett färgglad djungelgymnastik för dina små! Allt detta är med tanke på den bakre uteplatsen.

Detta hem är ett bra läge för alla dina utomhus- och inomhusaktiviteter. Det är en kort bilresa till Glendale Stadium som var värd för Super Bowl 2008 och planeras vara värd för Super Bowl 2015 - nära det spännande området Westgate. Peoria- och Surprise-stadionerna finns också i närheten. Vi är också mycket nära Cardinals Football & Coyotes Hockey. Golf är runt dalen, så inga problem att hitta en plats att träna din gunga! Du kan inte komma mycket närmare Lake Pleasant! Det är bara en 15-20 minuters bilresa norrut där du bor! Du kommer att bo nära Loops 101 och 303, så det är lätt att komma någonstans i dalen! Massor av teatrar, shopping och restauranger i närheten!

Great hpuse

We flew out for my dads 80th birthday. This house was perfect, especially the game room for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Everything was clean and the garage was nice. Definitely will stay again.

Clean safe home

We enjoyed the month we spent at your home. It was very clean and quiet. One thing the master bath is hard to get in and out, should have a grab bar. This place is walking distance from shopping and restaurants and is easy driving to wherever we went. Would definitely stay there again

Great place to to stay for tennis match Its 25 min from Suprise Tennis and Raquet Club that works

Great comfortable house Only slight complaint is the size and configuration of the garage its not functional for a larger car but lots of street parking so not a problem

Wonderful house and neighborhood!

Fantastic property. Near so many activities. Refreshing pool and a play area right behind property. Plenty of board games, as well as foosball and air hockey. Clean, with plenty of space for everyone. We had a great stay there!

You won’t be disappointed

This home featured 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property was absolutely perfect in every way. Very clean 2 level home. Towels, soap, kitchen appliances, TV’s in all rooms. I did text the host via VRBO app and he responded quickly. Don’t hesitate on this property. You will not be disappointed.

A Beautiful Family Getaway

This is a beautiful home that is nestled near walking trails, close proximity to many of the great places that we wanted to see between Phoenix, Sedona and Flagstaff. This property was very clean, well stocked with essentials and gave plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Our girls loved the decor in the rooms that they stayed in. We also enjoyed the game room with the pool table. We didn’t take advantage of the other entertainment options such as the movies, games and puzzles although those were great bonuses to have at our fingertips. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Spring training

Had a great stay! The house was perfect for a quick Spring Training trip with friends and family. Fully stocked kitchen made meals easy to prep, great back patio with bbq, pool and jacuzzi were nice to relax in at the end of a day. The entire house was spotless and perfect for our group. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips!

Excellent Stay

We came into town for the College Baseball Classic at Surprise Stadium. The property was only 10 miles from the stadium. One has many choices for food, shopping or gas. Very near to Costco. Able to park in the garage which is a plus due to limited parking on street. Rooms big with bathrooms. Has a steep stairway to 2nd level which might be a problem with disabled. Property is adjacent to a large park. If I would have to say a negative comment the Master Bathroom shower was a little tight to get into. Has a large bathtub to climb into. Excellent stay. Would stay again.

Excellent for all ages!

This is an excellent place for anyone. It is quite child friendly as it is close to An outdoor unheated pool, Parks and a relatively quiet residential area. The caretakers are excellent. Just be aware that all the bedrooms are upstairs, Which is only an issue for some. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would stay here again for sure. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was pleasantly decorated and was everything we needed.

Great getaway w/ community pool

We could not have been more pleased w/ our stay. It was perfect in every respect. The rooms are all set up for comfortable accommodations. The living and family room area is more that adequate and the outdoor spaces are great!

Our VRBO stay in Peoria

Lovely place to stay with all the amenities we needed. The only negative is that the garages were so small it was very difficult parking a mini van in them. We ended up parking our vehicle on the street, which worked fine.

I have to echo all the others who say the place is much nicer than the photos indicate, with lots of little homey touches. Dishes, toys, etc. for kids. Plenty of paper products stocked. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. The playground was so handy, and the home was perfectly located for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Baseball Tournament

Son was playing in a baseball tournament. We were central to different ball parks and entertainment. Great trip! We would recommend staying here.

Great property

This is a great property. Very clean, well stocked, nice floor plan, comfortable beds (even the twin beds!), close to hot tub/pool and nice convenient location in the west valley. Owners were very responsive. We agree with earlier reviews that the online photos do not do it justice. We would definitely rent it again.
