Instantly feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful, completely remodeled bright and airy garden level unit! Filled with tasteful, modern design and functionality, it is perfect for any professional working from home, a couple, small family, or even roommates!
Cleanliness and customer service are our top priorities--100% of guests and tenants have given us the highest possible ratings on our booking sites or in person.
We understand that current circumstances are creating extra anxieties. We look forward to reducing your stress by offering a safe and secure stay. We strive to accommodate your unique needs and circumstances by providing additional services such as re-configuring furniture as needed.
Interior:
Move-in ready with fresh linens, a fully loaded kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, leather furniture, on-site laundry, blackout shades, wifi with Apple TV and basic office supplies (printer or other office equipment available upon request).
Perfect for social distancing or entertaining guests with a huge spacious kitchen. Bedrooms have closets and built in shelves. Bathroom has a lovely fogged window for relaxing baths.
Note: We are able to relocate furniture from the 2nd bedroom which is currently set as an office. We can exchange for a queen bed if requested in advance. Please ask about the fee to make this change for you.

Located in the heart of the artsy Spenard district, it is great for anyone looking for amenities within walking distance. A short stroll to Writers Block Cafe and walking distance from Carrs grocery store, Middleway Cafe, Fiori D'Italia restaurant, Bear Tooth Theatre Pub, Carousel lounge and more.
Blocks from Minnesota Dr. makes a short commute to downtown, Dimond Center, South Anchorage amenities, and the hospitals. Only 5 minutes from the Ted Stevens International Airport, Tony Knowles coastal trail and 6 minutes from downtown.

Full arctic entry with brand new built-in shelves for all of your gear!
Rent:
$1,595 per month for 6 month leases.
Rates for shorter or longer stays may be discussed with the owner.
