Going to an Ohio State game? The stadium is less than 2 miles away. Need to go shopping? We are less than 15 min from Easton Town Center and Polaris Fashion Place. We have all the comforts of home you need and then some.

-1st floor has living room with 55 inch 4K TV, kitchen, dining area, and full bathroom.
-2nd floor has three bedrooms, two with king beds inside and 1 room with a Queen bed. The master bedroom has a 43 inch 4K smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with a large oversized tub and a shower. Bathroom has upgraded waterproof vinyl flooring.
-3rd floor features a Full Size bed, bean bag and our self designed Harry Potter Room. Every poster you see on the wall has been individually hung, there are candles that light up with a wand, and HP Books you’re welcome to read and enjoy. Kids love hanging out in this room
-Fenced backyard connected with outside gate where you can access your car.
-Parking for 2 cars in the private driveway on the property. You can also park at the front of the house or at the side of the house.
-Front porch has a porch swing and two bird nests. Great for bird watching
-Coat closet on main floor has a stroller, pack and play, and high chair. We also have games for kids and adults in the closet on the main floor.

-0.1 miles to High Street where you’ll find Harvest, Condado, Cup O Joe, Lost Weekend Records, Hanks Texas BBQ, Lavash, and Combustion Brewing. Giant Eagle, Sparked Gym, and Derive Brewing Co. are all 0.2 miles away.

Corner lot on a quiet street that's known to be one of Clintonville's most sought after neighborhoods. You can literally walk 1-2 minutes to get a cup of coffee, grab a taco, get a drink at the brewery, hit up the gym, or pop in to lost weekend records to pick up a vinyl record.

This is a very family oriented area and you'll see a lot of neighbors walking their dogs or going out for a run. Clintonville is well known as a big arts and music district so you'll find a lot of antique shops and local stores to check out during your stay. It's one of the few places in Clintonville you can walk to ice cream, pizza, tacos, coffee shops, tea stores, BBQ, Mediterranean Food, the grocery store, the gym, the park, or head down to campus for a ball game.

Our neighbors are all pretty down to earth and we've found that people that live off of crestview are both young and old. It's got a rich history and a friendly atmosphere. A lot of our neighbors have friendly dogs that you'll see during your stay. We have composting in the backyard if you want to use it during your visit. There are bird nests at the front porch and bird feeders all around the house and the yard features oversized trees in the front and back.

It's also safe and away from a lot of the rougher parts of Columbus while still being close to downtown, short north and Ohio St. We've done everything to ensure someone's safety while visiting and you'll see there are plenty of cameras outside the home just for your protection and comfort. We even ask guests to park in our carport where there will be 24-7 footage of their car. We've never experienced any issues and simply like for people to feel safe while enjoying their stay in Columbus. Also important to note, the backyard is fully gated with two gate entrances and there are now coded entry front and back door locks to enter the property for your convenience.

You're less than 500 ft. from N. High St where you'll find Harvest, Condado, Prestons, Combustion Brewery, Hanks BBQ, Aladdin's Eatery, Lavesh Cafe, Cup O Joe, Little Moon Cafe, Sparked Gym, and Giant Eagle. One of the most walkable areas in all of Clintonville.
