This lovely four bedroom, four bath home sits in the desirable community of East Beach, located just a short walk to the beach.
4334 14th Street, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is a the perfect definition of the ideal vacation home.
The first floor is devoted entirely to parking/storage as well as a bonus area and offers direct access to the private pool. The primary bedroom as well as a secondary bedroom along with 2 full bathrooms are offered on the entry level. On the second floor you will find 2 additional bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms as well as a bonus entertainment area. The larger of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and the two smaller ones with a queen in one and twins in the other. Â The king master suite is located on the main floor just off of the living area.
The entry level offers common living space with an overly large living room and dining area. The fully stocked casual style kitchen provides a great setting to interact with friends and family while preparing meals.
This home is located within .25 of a mile from the beach and offers a limited marsh view.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins
Maximum Occupancy: 8
There is garage access for 1 vehicle and parking for up to 2 more vehicles.
As of October 1, 2025 there is now an option to heat the pool for a minimum of 3 days for an additional expense. Please call us to inquire.
