The 1st floor has three bedrooms which have direct access to a large balcony of 3 x 10 m. Each bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, alarm clock with plafonprojectie and fitted wardrobes with safe. Bedroom 1 has a bathroom 'en suite' which is equipped with sink, toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 use the common blue bathroom which is also located on the 1st floor. This bathroom has a double sink, toilet and bath with shower. From the balcony there is sea view possible.
On the ground floor is a spacious living and dining room with satellite and IPTV television, two leather chesterfield sofas, luxury chair, dining table for 8 people, kitchen and pantry. The round hall gives access to the guest bathroom and bedroom which is locked.
The lounge opens onto the naya and terrace. In the naya there is a lounge set (sofa and 2 chairs) as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. On the terrace on the side of the house are also 2 Royal Garden tables with 8 chairs. The naya is illuminated with LED and is controlled by a dimmer. In addition to the naya is a covered outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with with a luxurious Boretti Ligorio Top gas barbecue, electricity and hot & cold water. There you will also find the outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
On the terrace by the pool 10x5m offers 4 sun beds. The pool is lit with LED lights. A modern computer monitors and cleans the water, no chlorine needs to be used. This is perceived as very pleasant to the skin, hair and clothing. From the terrace there is sea view possible.

Wij zijn Jan & Afra Bloem, wonend in zowel Javea als Alkmaar.
Villa Flor is afgebouwd in 2007 en sinds 2015 wonen wij er voor 80% permanent. In de overige 20% komen wij graag naar Alkmaar voor het weerzien van onze kinderen, vrienden en overige familie.
Javea voelt echt als thuis, en wij delen graag onze liefde voor deze mooie omgeving met andere mensen. We geven jullie dan ook graag tips voor een gegarandeerde mooie vakantie.
