With a full kitchen and queen bed, this space is right in the middle of all the action of DTSF!

Great stay

This place was clean and in a great location, highly walkable to shops, restaurants, etc. The cost was very communicative and the place was very quiet as well.

Downtown Gem

Perfect location for all there is to enjoy in downtown Sioux Falls. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Weekend Get-Away

Quick trip to get away for two days. Parking was convenient, instructions to access the room were excellent. The space, the location, the price were all perfect. Look forward to staying again next time we are in town.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect because we were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do around Falls Park. The space was great for just the two of us. It was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is on a high floor and the elevator was out of order, which was fine for us because we can take the stairs but it is something to be aware of if you have anyone staying there that can’t climb multiple flights of stairs. Overall amazing stay!

Our reservation was canceled by the host the day of our check in. We were driving from out of state and received a cancellation notice when we were two hours away from the property.
