Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you continue to enjoy your stays at The Galvestonian. We appreciate you sharing your observation about the pool. During our busy season, our pool water is professionally tested and balanced at least three times each day to ensure it meets all health and safety standards. While the water can occasionally appear less crystal clear during periods of very heavy use, our testing consistently confirms that the chemical levels are within the proper range and the water is safe for our guests to enjoy. Thank you for your feedback, as we are always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to The Galvestonian again soon!

Perfect! We are happy to hear you were able to relax and enjoy your getaway at the Galvestonian. We look forward to seeing you again.

Brian, we are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and are a repeat guest. Thank you for your review of both the Galvestonian and the Island! See you soon.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the clean condo, beautiful beach view, comfortable beds, cool A/C, and those peaceful mornings having coffee on the balcony. We’re sorry the internet issue continued throughout most of your stay and understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re glad a temporary solution was eventually provided, but we agree it would have been helpful to have that option available sooner. Thank you for your patience and for choosing The Galvestonian. We’re especially happy to hear you’ll be staying with us again, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful beachfront getaway! ️☀️✨

Charlotte, my apologies for the a/c unit. Please always reach out to the Front Desk during your stay with any concerns. We will be glad to address any issues. Thank you for your review.

Thank you for your review. We will pass your feedback regarding the king bed to the owner. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the beach and other amenities.
