Come enjoy the penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). This condo is non-smoking. For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.

Family Spring Break 25'

Great property, relaxed, helpful, steps away from the beach, great view which also included dolphins daily. Lisa at the front desk was amazing as was Peter down by thebeach.

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a perfect week in Destin! The condo was in a perfect location where everything we needed and wanted to do was just minutes away and the view was awesome. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend! Thanks again David!

Beautiful views & very roomy

This is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed at in Destin. We loved the views & the large space. We really liked the proximity to our favorite places, Destin commons & The back porch. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Dave was very accommodating & helpful. It was really nice to meet you! You have a lovely place!!

Best Condo in Destin!

We stayed over Spring Break week and had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. The balcony views are amazing. We saw dolphins feeding most mornings right in front of us! The location is perfect for restaurants and the beach is less crowded than further down where the high rises are. David is very accomodating and easy to reach. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks David!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in condo 1105 at Gulfgate. The place was spacious and clean. The balcony was amazing. It was large and provided spectacular views of the gulf. The chair setup on the beach was great and it was nice having only one row. The beaches to our left and right were definitely more crowded. The condo is also located very close to restaurants, shopping, and The Track for playing. Overall this was a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay here again.
