Discover a world of enchantment in this captivating vacation home inspired by the magic of Disney's Maleficent. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just a 5-minute drive from the bustling Posner Shopping Center and a mere 20-minute journey to the enchantment of Disney Parks, this extraordinary getaway offers a blend of modern amenities and fairytale-inspired design. Along with the advance gaming of the VR and more! Currently Remolding Ready mid October.
Must be 25 years and older to complete a reservation and have positive reviews.
Must have the exact number of guests or your reservation will be canceled.
NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.
NO PETS- Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.
NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee
Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.
For all gaming equipment If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
Driveway can fit only 3 vehicles.
We charge a cleaning fee of $40 to use the grill. It can be paid prior or after your reservation. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.
$20 for every damaged/ missing towel
$70 additional cleaning fee if home is left in a disarray
$40 late check out fee after 11:30
$50 to heat the pool per day
Do NOT touch the pool equipment/machinery at the side of the house, otherwise you will get a $100 fine.
All items in the home including decorations to devices are not to be removed from the premises.
