Welcome! While our ship is still undergoing a grand renovation to become the ultimate haven for swashbucklers and sea lovers alike, we invite you to be among the first to experience our pirate-themed retreat. Set sail on an unforgettable journey as you step into a world inspired by the legendary Pirates of the Caribbean. Although our ship is still under construction, the promise of a thrilling escape and a lifetime of memories. Book now and prepare to unleash your inner pirate!
Must be 25 years and older to complete a reservation and have positive reviews.
Must have the exact number of guests or your booking will be canceled
NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.
NO PETS- Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.
NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee
We charge a cleaning fee of $40 to use the grill. It can be paid prior or after your reservation. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.
Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.
For all gaming equipment If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
No street parking after 8pm or your vehicle will be towed by security.
Driveway can fit only 3 vehicles
$20 for every damaged/ missing towel
$50 a day for heating of the pool
Do NOT touch the pool equipment/machinery at the side of the house, otherwise you will get a $100 fine.
All items in the home including decorations to devices are not to be removed from the premises
