The space
The property is on a first-floor floor with a large private beachfront balcony. It can be accessed through the front door with a keypad lock. 2 bedrooms and plunging, not heated pools. Custom Rain shower bathroom.
Guest access:
Full access to the apartment is listed as having a private balcony and two plunging pools. Equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms. One master bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a rolling door that gives you direct access to a pool.

Property includes direct walking access to the beach. Swimming pool and the Beach: By entering into these bodies of water, they do so at their own responsibility. The Owner and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Is mandatory that you shower before entering into the pool. **Advisory: We currently do not count on alternative methods of electric power or water supply in the case of an interruption. Please know that sudden loss of power or water services is common on the island. We have included a flashlight in case it is needed. These outages can vary in duration and frequency, so it's essential to be prepared. Nonrefundable policy includes losses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". The property manager or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests due to such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to other services or recommendations such as excursions, outdoor activities, restaurant suggestions, transportation, deliveries, cleaning services, rentals, etc. You may communicate to check for current issues and get updates on service restoration.
