This hidden gem is only a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to get away, relax, enjoy the beach, without the beach house price tag. Quick, easy access to Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches. 3 large bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, with sleeping for 10. Huge kitchen, cozy living room and den, laundry and outdoor shower. Private backyard oasis with huge outdoor kitchen saltwater pool, and fire pit is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.

Great Vacation

The house was clean and stocked with everything needed. The house has a pool and nice outdoor kitchen area. It’s a short drive to the public beach access which we loved. We also had some great food in Pawleys Island! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was comfortable, clean and well-decorated. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We spent almost all our time outside, thanks to the pool and the amazing outdoor living space/kitchen. Always enjoy time at Pawley's and this home is one we would definitely visit again.

Amazing family vacation home!

We loved the quiet location of the home. The backyard was amazing and very private. The trees provided shade for the pool all morning and evening. Our children enjoyed the pool volleyball net and basketball hoop. The host was great at communicating and responding quickly to any and all questions. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

I can't complement this host and home enough. They were very easy to communicate with responded quickly to any questions i had over my trip. And OMG pictures does not do this house justice. It's a must see in person!!!! I most definitely recommend this home if you're looking too visit the area.

Slice of Heaven

This place is awesome!! Clean, spacious, and had everything you will need. The pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing. This place was perfect for our ladies trip. I definitely would want to come back in the future! The owner was very fast at responding to messages. I was very sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for the best vacation of my life.

This house was our family home for almost 10 years. We decided to move to NC but want to keep this house as our vacation place because we love it so much! We created a backyard oasis to enjoy with our family and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are set back in a quiet family friendly neighborhood on a golf course about 1 mile from the beach. Great place to bicycle, cart around in a golf cart- both of which are available to rent at several places around town- or walk. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are both about an 8 minute drive and wonderful places to check out the local scenery and wildlife. Kayaks and boats are available to rent at multiple places nearby, and there are plenty of places to fish!

Our home is a comfortable and family friendly place to enjoy the beach without the beach price tag. Comfortable furnishings, a large eat in kitchen, and a private landscape make this a wonderful place to get away from it all. The beach is a quick and easy drive- or you can even rent a golf cart. Enjoy spending time with your family is your own backyard oasis complete with an outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool, kids playground and spacious backyard. We even have an outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach.
