Beautiful View!

We really liked this room. It is very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the strip. It's close to the elevator so quick in and out. Overall great stay!

My stay at Palms Place

The stay was good, but there was some manor issues. No bath wash nor shampoo in the shower, didn’t like the hassle of getting more towels, and room was not clean when we checked in.

Best view of Vegas. Very roomy. Strong shower water pressure. Convenient kitchen. Fridge is a little smaller than regular fridge but still much better than small hotel fridge. Sofa bed is not as comfy because of the metal bars. Not a lot of utensils or pots, but enough bowls plates cups glasses. New Towels, bedsheets, room clean are all extra charge. Gym is is very good condition. Pool seems to open late even on Saturday. I would book the room again but extra info would definitely be more helpful.

Beautiful views

To start the view was beautiful. The drains were clogged and smelled like sewer when draining the tub. The freezer was broke and I never got a response about fixing it. The microwave was also broke and was noticed first but the host did respond immediately and get that repaired.. but after that situation the host lacked communication and just stopped responding. Also there was a charge for more than one set of towels even for a 4 night stay which was not expected. Overall the room was clean on arrival and the views were beautiful.. if the issues mentioned were an addressed I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was Hell, but the view!

This places nice. The view is with out question the best. Room and grounds clean and great. But The check in was a nightmare. This is a condo/Hotel. There is a standard check in desk. I checked the reservation a few days before trip. It was not made with desk. Emailed host called host, no response. called Vrbo. Told it was fixed. Got to Las Vegas. It was to early to check in< but wand to place bags at the bell desk. Told I has no place to stay here. They had no reservation for me. Called host again no response. Got Vrbo again. Took some time but it did get worked out.This is stress that i did not need on a vacation. Palms did charge a Fee for use of grounds and pool. so beware of this. Again the room was great,clean,Bed was soft.Great shower and tub. The view was out standing
