Casa Brisa Del Mar Beach Front Living with Pool and Spa
Brisa Del Mar is located on the warm secluded beaches of the Sea of Cortez, just 2 miles north of the town of Los Barriles in the Hermosa Vista Subdivision. It’s known as “Los Barriles Baja California Sur” or “East Cape Baja”. Be mesmerized each morning and evening as the Sun and Moon rise out of the Sea and shimmer across the surface of the beautiful “Infinity” saltwater pool with a “Corona” wall overlooking the beach below. A spacious hot tub is elevated above the pool.
Architecturally designed, its four “sails” extending from the roof sets this casa apart when viewed from the Sea. The rock arched walkway leads you to the front door, where upon entry you will be captivated by the fabulous view of the Sea. A wall of windows in the sunken living room with access to the lower patio and beach entry literally footsteps away. Amazing views from the new curved windows in the kitchen and breakfast bar as well as the comer window in the dining area add to your dining experience. A curved stairway leads to the rooftop patio for even more incredible views, spectacular sunsets as the sun drops over the mountains and linger on into the night for fabulous star gazing.

We are Al and Pat Naticchioni from Redding, CA where we own and operate a full-service real estate brokerage firm, RE/MAX of Redding. Prior to our real estate careers, we had a real estate development and construction company, for both residential and commercial properties.
We have been vacationing in the Los Barriles-Buena Vista area since the mid-1970s and enjoyed fishing out of Rancho Buena Vista. In the mid-1980s we moved over to Hotel Palmas de Cortez, owned and operated by the Van Wormer family. After many years of enjoying the hospitality and lifestyle of the Resorts, we decided to make an investment in a beachfront home of our own and purchased this House in 2005.
Power outages are not uncommon in the region; however, the property is serviced by a fully automated 22 KW Generac emergency backup generator which runs the entire household electric including the A/C units and the pool and spa pumps. You will not be left in the dark without power.

We love the Sea of Cortez, we love sport fishing, and we love the people and lifestyle in Los Barriles. One of the most enjoyable benefits of staying at Brisas del Mar is sitting on the upper veranda at daybreak, watching the ever-amazing transition of the seascape; from the crack of dawn to the spectacular rising of the sun, from the very edge of the earth, up and out of the Sea.
