Lägenheten är totalrenoverad i en gammal byggnad. Renoveringen avslutades 2017. Arkitekten lyckades bevara och återställa den gamla charmen, samtidigt som han tillför en modern touch.

Lägenheten är helt ny. Moderna möbler. Oslagbart läge över stadens centrum för att uppleva det lokala livet. Massor av ljus. Full av karaktär. Balkong. Rostfria apparater

Lägenheten är minimalistisk i design och möbler. Ägaren har lagt bara några trevliga saker, så hans familj känner sig bekväma men inte överbelastad av föremål när han bor på Playa. Han har valt allt du ser i lägenheten för hans familj att njuta av. Han hoppas att du också gillar det.

Ägaren är en konstnär som har designat interiören och dekorerat lägenheten med en utsökt smak.

Denna charmiga lägenhet med två sovrum ligger i ett lugnt kvarter i stadsdelen Playa del Carmen New. .

Rena sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Vårt delade badrum är utrustat med initial kroppstvätt, schampo och balsam. Vi hade aldrig husdjur i lägenheten.

Vi håller alltid lägenheten oklanderligt ren.

Parkering: Gästerna kan parkera gratis på någon av gatorna. Det finns en parkering vid byggnadens ingång gratis på en tilldelad parkeringsplats.

Seamless spotless great location

Great location near touristic but also near local amenities. Good interaction with concierge. Nice industrial design, spacious, clean. Will recommend and come again.

Doesn't Measure Up

Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the service the agent provided, the apartment had problems that never were fixed. 1) poor internet, and ONLY in the living room because of concrete walls; they need repeaters2) oven never worked; requested service 2 different times.3) drinking water deliver was spotty. Not sure why they did'nt provide an extra with each delivery.Nice location. Comfortable beds. NOISY dogs in apartment above; dogs woke us up several nights. GOOD location. The company who managed the property were polite and professional; only thing was they never sent anyone to fix the over (after a quirky event where it worked for 3 mins)

I prefer 5-star hotels when I travel, and in Playa del Carmen have always stayed at Hilton, or Hyatt but I was going to be in town for a while with my family and wanted something a bit larger and cheaper. However, a few years ago I tried another apartment but was very disappointed. On this trip, I was absolutely pleased. The apartment has just been fully renovated to a very high European standard, the size is massive, the furniture is new and quite comfortable, the kitchen was perfect. And the owner arranged for daily cleaning at a very low charge - which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated. This apartment compares well, in some ways better, than the 5-star hotels. The apartment had been beautifully renovated. A new king size bed in main room provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Large 55 inch flat screen tv provided a comfy night in. Spa bath in main bathroom was lovely. Easy flat 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping. Extremely quite wake to sounds of birds. Will definitely be back loved the apartment.

Not the best experience

Trying calling Luna and the customer service number only to be disconnected MANY times. This was not a great onboarding to say the least.

It was clean and we had weekly cleaning provided. The management company was available by email for any requests for water refill etc. We did totally enjoy the restraunts 5 star in proximity and laundry facility just minutes away. A short walk to the beach and of course the famous 5th Avenue. Location was a key factor for our choice and this met all requirements.
