We've poured our hearts into creating a welcoming environment, complete with cathedral ceilings that flood the space with natural light. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our cottage provides all the comforts of home and more. We invite you to make yourself at home.

The Space:

Guest have full access to the entire house.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk to light rail public transit system. Lyft and Uber are also readily available to take you to NoDa nightlife, restaurants, cafes, shops, and breweries. With quick access to I-85, a person could be in other surrounding neighborhoods within minutes. The area is experiencing tremendous growth with new establishments opening every other week.
Getting Around:
Venturing out is effortless from our cottage. A leisurely 15-minute stroll will lead you to the heart of NoDa, Charlotte's premier arts district. We recommend taking a walk to the nearby Sugar Creek station to hop on the light rail, offering access to Uptown and South End. From there, you can explore countless attractions, including Charlotte's three stadiums for football, basketball, baseball, and live music.

We are usually not too far away. We like to leave the opportunity for interaction up to you. While you are visiting, you will have access to our direct line in case any questions pop up.
