Amazing price and location with spacious rooms and gorgeous views. Had a bit of an issue located my reservation because was placed under the wrong first name. Other than that extremely happy will hopefully be back.

Wedding at Tlaquepaque

The location was perfect for a wedding held at Tlaquepaque! We were able to walk to all of the events for the wedding, and we enjoyed the amenities such as pool, hot tub, mini-golf, and all of the Sedona activities - hiking, shopping, and dining!

Pleasant!

This resort is well maintained and everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, our room was quiet, the pool and outdoor hot tub were perfect. I was confused when we showed up and I still owed an extra $64 +/- resort fee on top of what we paid online, but it's possible I just misread the original property posting.

Sedona Stay

Los Abrigados Resort is in an AWESOME location!! We had a beautiful view of the red rocks from our balcony. The unit was quite spacious but very dated & sparse. My husband was never able to get WiFi to work even though we inquired several times, so had to use his hot spot to work.

Nice Getaway

Great location, although initially, it was a bit challenging to find. Great stay. I BR. Close to pool, spa, and main lobby. Nearby restaurants. Internet was very spotty, had to go to main lobby to use internet. Would definitely, stay again. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

The room was very outdated, the shower curtain would not stay shut due to the rod hanging down, the lock on the main door would not work, I killed 3 spiders, the bathroom door did not adequately shut, and the air conditioner did not work well at all.

The Peaceful Moments

The busy hustle of building a business stretches your ability to stay connected to yourself, and while I was in Sedona for a conference, my wife was free to unwind. This is an important distinction because my wife's state of mind impacts our relationship. Away from the demands 9the church places on my wife, she was able to just enjoy the peace. No sightseeing or thrill obligations, my wife was able to experience moments of peace. The suite played an important role as it provide the space to stretch out, read, prepare meals, and observe the calm of the area and property. Like a small home, all the conveniences of life were available. Now I was about at the conference and all of the activities associated with it, but returning to my suite and my wife was uniquely different. She was calm and peaceful, and we engaged in meaningful conversations. I can only express the time together as, peaceful moments Relaxing came with the suite. Our last night was special as the thunder and lightning of a passing storm made the patio a welcome retreat for taking in the beauty of nature. We prepared our meals, slept, made love, showered and even watch a movie together. The suite was comfortable, as though we lived there. Earlier I mentioned that my wife was dedicated to her church, which means heading up maintenance and remodeling projects. Not once did she mention her work but constantly praising the room. My wife told me how much she loved the room

The Best Location and Customer Service is Amazing!

The rooms could use an update, but we were told they are getting ready for a renovation. This resort is still really comfortable and the location can't be beat. Within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants and bars. You can ride several mountain bike trail systems with less than a mile of road riding from the property. The staff, heated pools and fitness center are top-notch. We will definitely be back!

Great Location , but comes with unwanted timeshare add-ons

I just love Los Abrigatos for it's location and outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, this unit was near the pool and had a great view of a field with javalinas, but no view of red mountains through the overgrown trees. This Sedona trip was was 5 star outdoor vacation, we enjoyed it. However the unit had dirty stained carpet and sticky tile floor. We had to pay extra fees to use facilities, and also we were approached by timeshare marketing at concierge desk. Several weeks before the visit I was asked on email to give them a scanned copy of my license or credit card, I refused and said I would show it to the front desk at Los Abrigatos. That may have been a scam or hack, I don't know. I paid 46% more than the Vbro site price with taxes, fees, facility and cleaning . My card was charged more than once for fees prior to the stay.. I wish there was a contact to give feedback other than public, because this place could have received a better rating if issues were addressed.
