Very nice place in a great location

Short walk to river walk and other attractions. Place was very clean, plenty of room to spread out and relax with family.

Relocated

I can not rate this property as the "host" Vacayhomes, or Extra Holidays, relocated us 4 hours before check in. We had already paid and were relocated to a smaller room. VRBO should stop working with this company!

Best kitchen set up for a condo I ever had!

The "welcome packet" is a scam to sell timeshares. It took three firm no's and an emphatic "I will never buy a time share. EVER, please leave me alone." After that they really did leave me alone! Otherwise, a perfect fit for our needs.

Great location/Riverwalk

Pros: Property is beautiful. Very spacious rooms. Location is great. Staff on site is very nice and helpful. Cons: This is a time share property they do ask you to come to a breakfast to watch a sale’s presentation. I didn’t remember this being advertised maybe I missed it. I declined and they left us alone. The water in the kitchen and main bathroom shower won’t get hot. So all hot water came from the second bathroom. Your car is taken by valet and not accessible unless you have them get your car and tip your valet. Otherwise great place and I would come back if water was fixed.

Nice place, not all info disclosed!

It is a nice place, the reason for the 2 star review was the picture you see in the ad is not the room you are getting. I felt that was false advertisement. I was expecting 2 beds in the second bedroom which wasn't the case. Usually through VRBO, the pictures I see is exactly what I get upon arrival. Second issues, there's a $22 valet parking per night which wasn't mention anywhere on here, so that was disappointing having to fork up what I wasn't prepare to pay. Only a 10 min walk to the Riverwalk. Salesmen wasn't too push.

Friendly and helpful

Stayed here with my children. The room was big enough for all of us. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our trip. One of the perks was valet parking. I loved being able to text to get my vehicle ready before we went out. Definitely will be staying here again when we are back in San Antonio.

Great place but beware of Hot water

This property is a short walk to the main river walk . And was nicely decorated and very clean! Valet is a little expensive, but is the only option If you want vehicle on premises. Staff was very informative of things to do . Only probLem we had was hot water. We stayed for 2 nights and on the evenings for whatever reason, you would have to run the hot water for about 20 minutes before it got hot, oh and the hot and cold knobs where reverse. But this was only in the evenings. Mornings no problem.

Very nice condo complex

While technically on the Riverwalk, it is a bit bit further away from the main area of it. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo though (not a hotel room). I wasn't able to find anything along that main area that would allow us some extra space, especially the separate bedrooms. There is a small grocery store nearby to stock the kitchen, too. We didn't spend much time at the location; but it was very nice to be able to come back late and have a nice place to wind down.
