Experience luxury at our new beach house in Windmark Beach! A 10-minute walk to white sands and clear waters, perfect for beach weddings. Enjoy serene lake views in a vibrant golf cart community. Close to downtown with restaurants, med spa, and a coffee shop. Relax in a heated pool. Your ideal coastal retreat!
Accepting monthly rentals for winter months from November to end of March for a reduced rate!
The house has the following space and amenities available:
- Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, separate tub and large walk in closet.
- In law suite with living room space, kitchen area, working desk, bedroom with king size bed, and full bathroom. Washer and dryer available in the suite.
- Third bedroom with queen size bed.
- Forth bedroom with 4 bunker twin size beds.
- Three full bathrooms.
- Large open floor plan with main kitchen, dining area, and living room.
- Separate laundry room with second set of washer and dryer.
- Spacious patio with dining table, chairs and Weber grill.
- Backyard opens to a small lake.
- 2 car garage.
- Outdoor shower with privacy fence.
- 4 adult bicycles, 2 children bicycle, 2 kids size scooters.
- Beach folding chairs, umbrella, beach towels.
- Cooler and a collapsible folding wagon with wheels.
- Two faucets for drinking water, purified by reverse osmosis by Kinetico.
- The house is equipped with water softener and water dechlorinator.
- Board games.
- We provide kitchen towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, liquid bathroom hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bathroom towels.
- Kitchen is equipped with all necessary and essential amenities for cooking, eating, and drinking.
- Blender, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle provided.
- Front door is equipped with touchpad keyless entry.
- Guests self check in and check out.
- WI-FI available in the house.
- 4 Smart large TV units.
- Multiple board games located in main living room in TV cabinet.
- Security camera installed over the garage door overlooking the driveway and front lawn.
- Guests have access to large gated pool and shade areas with lounge chairs; pool is heated in cooler months! Access code to the pool is provided at the house.
- The house is located only a short distance from center area of the community with several restaurants, a pizza place, small convenience store, coffee shop.
- Beach has several access points with wooden board walks.
- Golf carts parking is available close to the beach.
- City of Port St. Joe is only several miles away and has a number of great restaurants and a large grocery store.
- Guest access: Guests use the whole house!
